66 ideas.
Every one a machine you can run.

Most explanations of artificial intelligence hand you a diagram and ask you to trust it. This one hands you the thing itself — click it, drag it, train it, break it.

What it is

A lab, not a lecture.

Every concept in ENTRY is a small working machine. You add the points, move the sliders, and watch the thing find its own answer. The whole product is a single HTML file — it works offline, from a hard drive or a memory stick, on a plane.

Nothing calls home

No network requests, no API key, no account, and no cost. Nothing is written to browser storage of any kind — the Kit you build lives in memory for the session and leaves when you close the tab.

Every feature has an off switch

Lenses, panel parts, navigation, animation, the bots, auto-detect, the Kit. Bare minimum strips it back to the machines alone.

Keyboard first

j k move between concepts. 1 2 3 4 switch lens. / filters. Esc closes.

Four lenses

The same idea, turned four ways.

Press 1, 2, 3 or 4 on any concept. The machine stays where it is; the explanation around it changes.

01

Concept

The live interactive machine — click, drag, train it, break it.

02

Code

Real implementation, short enough to actually read, with a copy button.

03

Life

The same idea applied to a decision that has nothing to do with computers.

04

Studio

The same idea applied to writing, arranging and recording.

The arc

Thirteen groups, ground floor to shipping.

The order is the arc of the work: get your data in order, understand what learning is, make a model fit, then the classic models, networks, language, and everything it takes to put one in front of a person and be trusted with it.

Studio & the readers

Describe what you are building. The tools switch themselves on.

Studio is a writing pad. As you write, every relevant concept lights up underneath and tells you which phrase triggered it. Run any of them inline, pin the ones you want, mute the noise. Five readers work alongside you — all of them running locally on the concept data, with no connection, no key and no cost.

Scout

Reads what you wrote and says which tools apply, and why.

Builder

Turns the active tools into an ordered build sheet with code.

Critic

Finds what is missing — no evaluation, no group breakdown, no monitoring, no consent record.

Tutor

Quizzes you on whatever is currently switched on.

Librarian

Full-text search across every concept and every lens.

Films

Five short explainers.

Drawn frame by frame from the app's own data and from real arithmetic — the descent actually runs, the fits are least-squares, the grid counts the real registry. Nothing here is generated footage, and nothing is staged to look like a record.

Standing

What this is not.

ENTRY is an independent explanation and implementation of publicly documented ideas. It reproduces no third-party course text, images or slides. It invents no figures, no contact details and no results — every number on this page is counted from the app's own registry.
